HR Legend is a dynamic, owner-managed recruitment consultancy firm, offering clients a professional and fruitful service, whereby confidentiality and integrity form the foundation of the services we offer. HR Legend was first established in 2008, with its offices located in the northern suburbs, Cape Town.
Marinda Kritzinger, founder of HR Legend, boasts a successful track record in the recruitment and search field, spanning more than 19 years. Throughout her career, Marinda has come to specialise in Finance, Supply Chain & Executive Positions. She fosters strong, long-term relationships, with key decision makers, and has developed a favourable reputation for her highly personalised, quality and professional service. With her determination for not giving up and passion for the industry, these characteristics drive Marinda; leaving no stone unturned in her quest for the ideal candidate, especially when it comes to the more senior, and unattainable candidates.
It is of utmost importance for her to have a thorough understanding of the client’s needs. This understanding sometimes requires intensive consulting, and the sharing of ideas with her clients, in order to ascertain what type of profile is best suited for the role. This has led to very successful placements in the past, and with persistent efforts, future placements too.
Marina Garcia joined HR Legend, as a partner, 9 years ago, with a wealth of corporate experience. After 16 years of solution selling in the technical sector, she became the Regional Sales Manager of a large international technical concern. Ten years later, after proving herself, she left her former endeavour, to join HR Legend, and focus on Technical Recruitment. Today, Marina specialises in senior and executive Engineering Vacancies, as well as Sales and Marketing Positions.
As a result, it is necessary for Marina to deeply understand the client’s needs, and more specifically, their vacancy or position fulfilment. She thus familiarises herself with her clients operations, by personally visiting manufacturing facilities and factories, which sets her apart from her competitors. Through her tenacity, she often fills positions which have been vacant for months.
With 16 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, as well as a qualification in Logistics, Tala has successfully completed recruitment projects for corporations, and was previously involved with the management and recruitment of large workforce groups within the Western Cape. Although seen as a generalist recruiter, her main focus is in the fulfilling of Engineering, HR, Supply Chain and Logistics Vacancies. Characterised by having a strong passion for her clients, Tala’s enthusiasm, skills and experience also provide an excellent foundation for the delivering of quality services and advice to her clients and candidates.
Gaby, our newest associate, joined HR Legend a little more than a year ago. After completing her qualification in marketing and entrepreneurship, Gaby worked in a retail position, gaining valuable insight and experience in customer service. She mastered quality, long-term relationships, with both suppliers and clients. While Gaby is still growing in the industry, she’s managed to fill various vacancies in Supply Chain, Procurement, Administration, as well as the more Junior Technical Roles. With much eagerness to attain her goals, she strives to fulfil each vacancy successfully.
Maretha brings nearly 10 years of recruitment expertise to the table. Often described as HR Legend’s busy bee, she adeptly manages multiple jobs simultaneously with an energy that few can match. Maretha approaches each task with enthusiasm, regardless of its seniority level. She has a background of working for recruitment concerns, focusing primarily on temporary staff for several years. Upon joining HR Legend, she transitioned to a focus on permanent staff. While her expertise lies in Supply Chain and Finance, Maretha is versatile and can effectively tackle assignments in various value offerings.
